[Infrastructures] isconf configuration

Hi Jan,

Did you see the CONFIGURATION section of the man page?  There's a
commented example in there.

Keep in mind that the only things you need to put in this file are the
environment variables which you need -- you might just start off with
an empty one, or even no file at all.
