I'd just like to say that, as a lurker on the list, I'm finding the
discussion very interesting and informative. I had often wondered how
other people coped with their complex environments, and I think the
answer is "not very well", and certainly "not portably across different
employers".

I'm sure I speak for more than just myself.
Keep up the good work. I think this is a ground breaking discussion.
