I was somehow able to check in a version of Isconf.pm that was much older
than it should have been.  Much, much older, apparently.  Strange.

It should be fixed in CVS now.  If that's not where you're getting your
copy, then I can try to package everything up or something, although that
will (obviously) take longer.
